All about cakes

This is not any ordinary cakes but cake which symbolize love and eternity...if there's such thing. Ok I made this part up. But isn't a Wedding Cake suppose to be meaningful? I browse thru websites of the bloggers and happen to see lots of real nice wedding cakes. All sorts of design and flavors. I would love to have one of them in my wedding. Imagine the 5-tier cake being display on the table with the sparkling champagne glass fountain. And how everyone will be mesmerized by the beauty of the cake when it's the cake cutting ceremony. Oh....not only that, how the picture will turn out so nice with the amazing cake. I bet you would love them also even when you see them in pictures only.

Or if you don't like those icing on the cake and prefer them to be simple but nice, you can opt for a cupcake wedding cake. It's simply made of cupcakes arranged on tiers and it look so lovely...

However, please don't make this mistake if you ever gonna fax your message to be printed on top of the cake. Read the story here.

All the above illustration I've got them from WeddingBee. This blog has inspired me to write one on my own. So you can see that all those are from overseas. The one below are from a local shop, maybe not as creative as those above but I could say they are pretty and nice too. I'm not specially promoting for her or getting any commission, just a piece of my thought and that was the only information I have on hand now. Feel free to email me your product for my 2 cents worth of comment.

Personally, I'm not going to have any wedding cake for my dinner. We'll just make do with the artificial one provided by the restaurant. First of all, wedding cake is not really good for eating, with all the cream n icing and coloring....Second, when first is said, nothing else is needed. With my budget, I'll rather spend the money on something else rather than the cake.....End case!
